When
2009 marks the 43rd year of the Houston Greek Festival, now a major community event. Growing attendance over the years continues to create more excitement and enjoyment for all those attending the festival.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
October 1, 2, 3, 4, 2009.

Thursday
Dinner: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dance Program: begins at 6:00 pm

Friday
Lunch: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm (free admission)
Note: the Festival grounds are closed after lunch and reopen at 5:00 pm
Dinner: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dance Program: begins at 6:00 pm

Saturday
Continuous food service from opening: 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
Dance Programs - Youth: 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm
Dance Programs - Adults: begins at 5:00 pm

Sunday
Continuous food service from opening: 12 noon - 7:00 pm(while quantities last)
Dance Programs - Youth: 12:30 am and 1:30 pm
Dance Programs - Adults: begins at 4:00 pm

PARKING AND FREE SHUTTLE

Parking
Parking is available on side streets but avoid the no parking signs. The no parking signs will posted on these streets during the Greek Festival to allow for emergency vehicles to pass through in emergency situations We strongly recommend you take advantage of the FREE shuttle running continuously throughout the festival.

Shuttle
A shuttle will operate from Lamar High School parking lot located at 3325 Westheimer (between Westheimer and West Alabama, and between Buffalo Speedway and Kirby).

Free parking is available for shuttle passengers.

FREE shuttles will operate every 15 minutes on the following schedule:

Tentative Times:
5 - 10:30 pm, Thursday, Oct 1
5 - 10:30 pm, Friday, Oct 2
11 am - 10:30 pm, Saturday, Oct 3
12 noon - 6:30 pm, Sunday, Oct 4
